What you'll do

• Assist Customer Specialists in closing sales
• Work with Customer Specialists to set sales and gross objectives
• Manage the efforts of vehicle salespeople to enhance customer satisfaction
• Manage the F&I process
• Coordinate in-store training
• Partner with the Finance team to develop best practices
• Manage follow-up and appointment handling processes
• Train and manage staff in company policies
• Motivate, counsel, and monitor performance of department staff
• Coordinate with the Recruiting Department to interview and hire staff.
