The Operations Support role is onsite in Midland, TX. Compensation starts at $15 per hour. The role supports Watermill Express’s refill station service and operations. The position combines administrative, cash-handling, inventory, warehouse, and equipment-support duties to help keep refill station operations organized and functioning. Depending on operational needs, the employee may also perform route-related station duties, maintenance, cleaning, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Sort and count cash and coins using automated equipment
• record collection counts and enter information into a cash management system
• perform in-house refill station equipment repairs
• organize inventory and distribute parts using the ERP system
• assist with general office and warehouse duties
• maintain warehouse cleanliness
• operate a company vehicle responsibly
• follow safety guidelines. The role may include collecting station cash, basic station maintenance and troubleshooting, cleaning and sanitizing stations, and completing station reports and checklists.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent required; prior cash handling and experience with hand tools or cleaning supplies preferred. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in varied weather conditions; overtime, some weekends, or evening work may occur.
