Student Support Liaison

The Student Support Liaison is an onsite role based in Pearland, TX, responsible for promoting student success through holistic, student-centered support. This position reports to Advising and Retention Services at Chamberlain University and serves as a key point of contact for students. The role exists to ensure student persistence by proactively engaging students and removing barriers to their success. By collaborating with various university departments and providing guidance on resources, the liaison fosters an inclusive learning environment consistent with the institution's mission.

What you'll do

• Responds to student inquiries
• assists with appointment scheduling and portal navigation
• promotes student opportunities and activities
• plans and facilitates campus events
• assists with funding and scholarship questions
• serves as point of contact for compliance audits
• identifies process improvements.
