What you'll do

• Train and coach team members on guest expectations, job requirements, and restaurant procedures
• coordinate team coverage and monitor compliance with standards
• support order taking and cashiering during busy periods
• monitor food quality, presentation, temperature, and order accuracy
• follow food-safety procedures and complete the Food Safety Checklist each shift
• maintain cleanliness and stocking
• manage cash handling during the shift
• address guest concerns and support quick, accurate service.
