What you'll do

• Receive and verify food, beverage, and supply deliveries
• organize stock using FIFO practices
• wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, cookware, utensils, and equipment
• maintain clean and safe kitchen and dishwashing areas
• support café, catering, concessions, banquet, and event operations
• restock service ware and supplies
• assist with event setup and breakdown
• follow food safety and sanitation standards.
