What you'll do

• Process titles, registrations, and ownership transfers for new and pre-owned vehicles
• prepare and submit paperwork under Virginia DMV requirements
• verify vehicle and customer documentation
• track title applications and follow up on outstanding titles
• resolve discrepancies and missing documents
• maintain organized records
• communicate with the DMV, financial institutions, and dealership personnel
• assist with out-of-state title processing and other Finance and Accounting administrative duties.
