The Cloud Security Consultant, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, is an onsite role in New York, NY, with a stated pay rate of $70 per hour and a 12-month contract duration. The consultant supports an enterprise Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environment for PeopleSoft applications. The role exists to design, implement, and oversee security controls so cloud environments remain hardened, compliant, and monitored. It works across application security, identity and access management, network security, data security, cloud engineering, database, architecture, and application teams to support the OCI landing zone and PeopleSoft deployment.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and maintain OCI security controls
• support cloud landing-zone security architecture
• configure policies, compartments, and Security Zones
• implement and support WAF, load balancing, Vault, key management, and network controls
• harden and monitor cloud environments
• support CSPM tools, security event and audit-log monitoring, SIEM integration, risk remediation, application security reviews, IAM controls, DevSecOps, security design reviews, and technical documentation.
