What you'll do

• Provide customer service and timely follow-up
• assess customer needs and open consumer and small-business deposit accounts
• promote suitable bank products and services
• accept and close consumer loan products
• maintain accounts and process customer service requests, including wires, notary services, disputes, and online banking support. Manage a client portfolio, meet sales and referral goals, support branch operations, and comply with applicable regulations and bank policies.
