What you'll do

• Serve as a central hub for customer information and share insights with internal teams
• develop program plans with tasks, timelines, milestones, assignments, and deliverables
• lead program-level customer meetings and coordinate action items
• gather and analyze customer feedback and requirements
• manage interdependencies across engagements
• advise on prioritization
• monitor KPIs and provide status updates
• identify risks and issues, lead mitigation, resolve issues, and escalate as needed.
