The Registered Nurse (RN) – Dialysis, Skilled Nursing role is onsite in Pleasant Hill, CA. Compensation is $60–$65 per hour. The nurse provides dialysis services as a third-party provider within skilled nursing facilities, working with facility staff and other healthcare professionals. The role also supports patient education, safety procedures, accurate records, and supervision of dialysis technicians to promote safe, coordinated care.

What you'll do

• Provide and monitor dialysis treatments
• manage fistulas, grafts, shunts, and catheters
• perform venipuncture, access care, and dressing changes
• administer and document medications
• complete nursing assessments and treatment documentation
• monitor patients and respond to adverse reactions
• carry out physician orders
• process and review laboratory results
• implement care plans
• educate patients and families
• supervise dialysis technicians
• complete equipment checks and follow infection-prevention and emergency procedures.
