Inc.’s Early Head Start program in collaboration with staff, families, and community partners. The role implements a comprehensive early childhood classroom program, plans learning opportunities, assesses student progress, and works with families to support children’s development, health, safety, and learning. It also helps maintain program records and coordinate classroom volunteers.

What you'll do

• Plan and provide learning opportunities across cognition, early literacy and language, social development, play, motor development, fine arts, self-care, health, and nutrition
• assess student progress
• refer children for further evaluation when appropriate
• communicate with families through home visits, conferences, written materials, and other contacts
• monitor student health and safety
• maintain records
• oversee classroom volunteers
• participate in meetings and staff development
• select and order classroom supplies.
