Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach

The Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach is an onsite, part-time role in Osseo, MN. Compensation is not specified. The coach supports D1 Training’s group training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up, whose mission is to help members reach their fitness goals. The role helps deliver safe, individualized training and a positive environment for members. By assisting with classes, group workouts, personal training, and teams, the coach supports athletes’ progress, proper technique, and continued participation.

What you'll do

• Foster a positive, motivating environment
• assist head strength coaches during classes
• adapt movements to individual athletes
• assist with group workouts, personal training, and teams
• provide educational advice on strength, speed, and nutrition
• teach proper form and technique
• help keep athletes safe
• support client retention through coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability
• start and finish workouts on time
• build relationships with members.
