What you'll do

• Own enterprise AI architecture and governance for the EHR platform
• define patterns and blueprints for LLM applications, RAG, classical machine learning, and AI-enabled services
• lead platform and tooling decisions for Azure AI, Databricks, and data orchestration
• create reusable accelerators
• embed HIPAA-aligned PHI/PII safeguards into SDLC and CI/CD gates
• set responsible AI release criteria
• run architecture reviews and partner with security and compliance
• advise engineering teams and mentor developers.
