Procurement Quality Manager

The Procurement Quality Manager role is onsite in Hot Springs, AR. Starting salary is $75,000 annually, with higher compensation available based on qualifications and relevant experience. Radius Aerospace manufactures sheet metal parts and assemblies for aviation markets, including commercial, military, regional jet, helicopter, and general aviation. The manager oversees supplier quality and procurement assurance so purchased materials and services meet customer, regulatory, and quality-system requirements. The role also strengthens supplier performance and internal quality processes through audits, inspection oversight, corrective actions, analysis, and collaboration with Engineering and Operations.

What you'll do

• Ensure the quality management system conforms to customer, AS9100, NADCAP, and regulatory requirements
• oversee supplier audits, discrepancies, surveys, approvals, and supplier portal activity
• oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections
• supervise inspection personnel
• train employees on quality procedures
• analyze root causes and implement corrective actions
• respond to customer complaints
• evaluate production equipment and measurement systems
• conduct FMEA and apply SPC where applicable
• lead continual improvement activities
• monitor internal processes
• prepare reports
• conduct audits
• support cybersecurity and CUI handling compliance.
