What you'll do

• Manage royalty and contractual payment accounting and reporting
• review contract terms, rates, and payment structures
• analyze financial data for royalty calculations
• prepare quarterly royalty reports
• maintain royalty and contract data
• prepare royalty, inventory, forecast, and management reports
• reconcile payments and investigate discrepancies
• maintain balance sheet accounts
• support month-end close, financial statements, audits, and financial analysis
• partner across Legal, Finance, Operations, Data/Analytics, and IT
• improve processes and controls
• support system implementations
• lead projects and mentor team members.

Why this role

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required. Seven to ten years of progressive accounting experience and licensing royalty, contractual, or similar accounting experience are required. CPA or CMA is preferred but not required. No sponsorship is offered.
