What you'll do

• Lead site drivers and support the Distribution/Transportation Department
• conduct new-hire training, including at least two ride-alongs weekly
• spend at least 50% of the work schedule on the road conducting audits and training
• promote safety and identify risks
• assist with accident reports and injury investigations
• provide customer updates
• monitor route times
• help resolve customer complaints
• assist with fleet and equipment needs
• maintain DOT, HOS, and FMCSA compliance
• serve as backup route driver when a driver calls out
• support SQF training, documentation, and food-safety requirements.
