What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate roofing service crews
• inspect roofing systems and identify repairs
• perform and oversee repairs on TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, and other systems
• train and mentor technicians
• manage tools, equipment, materials, and job-site logistics
• communicate with customers and subcontractors
• complete documentation and reporting
• and enforce safety procedures.
