What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests
• answer questions and recommend products
• promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty programs
• process purchases and returns
• maintain store cleanliness and merchandising
• complete omnichannel orders
• safeguard assets and support loss prevention
• count and restock inventory
• reconcile transactions and complete closeout paperwork
• check shipments and process defects or recalls
• supervise and delegate to sales associates when management is absent
• follow opening and closing procedures.
