What you'll do

• improve navigation, customer journeys, and mobile and desktop usability
• optimize lead-generation pathways, forms, search, and conversions
• monitor engagement and user behavior to identify friction and optimization opportunities
• manage CMS platforms, plugins, integrations, forms, redirects, and user access
• troubleshoot website issues and support consolidation, modernization, and performance improvements
• partner with E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, and Content teams
• maintain consistent web standards and functionality.
