What you'll do

• Coordinate member and guest activities with the Lodging department and other teams
• contact visiting groups before arrival and adjust plans as needed
• maintain schedules and activity records
• prepare the Youth Camp budget and coordinate curriculum with the Director of Member Services
• hire and oversee camp counselors and providers
• plan outings and special activities
• maintain community event calendars and member resources
• support camp operations and parent communications.
