What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Rehabilitation with oversight and management of the therapy program
• adhere to regulatory requirements, company policies, procedures, HIPAA, confidentiality standards, and resident rights
• help establish facility-specific procedures with the interdisciplinary team and train therapy staff
• support therapists’ compliance with practice, productivity, documentation, and billing standards
• communicate professionally and respectfully with patients and families
• perform other duties as assigned.
