Client Ambassador, Adult Residential Healthcare

The Client Ambassador role is onsite in Vienna, VA, serving Fairfax County; pay is $20–$24 per hour. The schedule is Thursday–Saturday, 2:30–11:00 p.m., and Sunday–Monday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. AMFM Healthcare provides residential mental health and co-occurring-disorder care in small residential homes. The ambassador supports client safety, daily activities, and treatment participation through supervision, transportation, communication, and program logistics. The role also assists with admissions and discharges, documentation, and coordination with clinical staff to maintain a supportive residential environment.

What you'll do

• Coordinate safe client transportation to activities and appointments
• use communication and de-escalation skills with clients and families
• facilitate admissions and discharges as needed
• document in the electronic health record
• follow Joint Commission policies
• cover shifts or meal breaks at regional facilities when asked
• collaborate with nursing and clinical teams on medication management
• conduct observation rounds
• support recovery activities
• maintain residence cleanliness and safety.
