What you'll do

• Assess Microsoft 365 tenant configurations against design standards and Microsoft best practices, and identify and remediate gaps. Administer and troubleshoot Intune, including device enrollment, compliance and configuration policies, app deployment, and Autopilot. Manage Exchange Online and configure Entra ID, including Conditional Access, MFA, identity governance, and access controls. Perform health checks, root-cause analysis, and resolution of escalated issues
• harden security and compliance using Defender and Purview
• document configurations, as-built designs, and runbooks
• transfer knowledge to support teams.
