What you'll do

• Operate a forklift
• follow safety and quality requirements
• read job travelers and manufacturing documentation
• operate machines and make offsets under supervision from Level II or higher machinists
• edit programs with Level III or higher verification
• inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, and pin gauges
• perform visual inspections
• identify and report nonconforming product
• perform basic machine maintenance
• maintain a clean work area
• operate CMM and automated inspection equipment with direction
• keep accurate records.
