What you'll do

• Receive, inspect, identify, and stock maintenance parts and supplies
• maintain inventory records in CMMS, SAP, or other systems
• perform cycle counts and annual physical inventories
• monitor stock levels and reorder points
• track usage and recommend inventory adjustments
• organize and secure the storeroom
• identify obsolete, damaged, or excess inventory
• maintain transaction, receipt, and purchase-order documentation
• generate inventory and spending reports
• support budgeting, audits, and inventory controls.
