What you'll do

• Educate and train teams on quality-measure specifications, billing codes, and documentation
• design, implement, and monitor quality-improvement processes
• coordinate training on the population-health analytics tool
• maintain reporting on implementation and performance
• recommend workflow changes and technology adoption
• identify skills and processes that support performance improvement
• travel to clinic locations as needed.
