What you'll do

• Manage services according to each client’s Individual Service Plan, including development, assessment, and changes
• coordinate resources
• help cover or arrange open shifts
• schedule and attend medical appointments
• manage documentation, audits, and program reviews
• monitor medication administration records and related processes
• communicate with clients, families, guardians, staff, and other contacts
• supervise, train, and develop staff
• manage program finances and budgets
• maintain the home and program vehicle.
