What you'll do

• Monitor SIEM and other cybersecurity platforms
• analyze logged events and network traffic
• investigate advanced persistent threats and low-and-slow activity
• detect, analyze, contain, and respond to incidents
• conduct root-cause analysis
• analyze alerts across defensive technologies
• support enterprise security tools
• apply Defense-in-Depth principles
• use threat intelligence and OSINT
• develop scripts and tools
• support defensive signatures and perimeter controls
• coordinate findings and response actions.

Why this role

Requires 5+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience, 2+ years of incident root-cause analysis, DoD Top Secret clearance, and eligibility for SCI access and IT-I Critical Sensitive/Tier 5. SPL, Python, and/or PowerShell experience is preferred.
