Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Resolve client requests and communicate operational improvements
• hire, train, develop, and supervise employees
• determine staffing levels
• ensure parking, security, and cash-control procedures are followed
• manage revenue development, facility marketing, expenses, and the operating budget
• identify procurement and vendor needs
• perform accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash duties
• monitor cleanliness and maintenance
• review damage claims and implement safety improvements
• ensure OSHA compliance.
