What you'll do

• Oversee financial and accounting activities and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, and financial indicators
• lead budgets and forecasts and analyze variances
• monitor project budgets, costs, billing, revenue, and profitability
• oversee accounts receivable, invoicing, accounts payable, expenses, and cash flow
• maintain financial policies, procedures, controls, and records
• coordinate payroll support, reconciliations, audits, tax preparation, and external financial providers
• provide financial guidance and collaborate across departments.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field and 7+ years of progressive finance experience; CPA, CMA, or relevant certification preferred; advanced QuickBooks and Excel proficiency.
