Intermediate Project Manager is a hybrid role in Indianapolis, IN. Pay is $37.53–$46.32 per hour. KēSTA I.T. is a technical staffing and consulting services firm; this role reports to the Director of IT PMO and supports enterprise software and IT automation projects. The project manager leads medium-to-complex initiatives from planning through implementation, tracking progress and communicating status to management. The role coordinates stakeholders and applies PMBOK, Agile, and IT governance practices to deliver projects that meet agency objectives and comply with policy and practice.

What you'll do

• Manage enterprise system and IT automation projects, including multi-year initiatives
• apply PMBOK cost, benefit, risk, resource, and change-control practices
• use Agile project management and IT governance methods
• monitor progress and report status
• coordinate stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and agency representatives
• analyze project issues and develop solutions
• guide lower-level project managers as needed
• use Microsoft products, Atlassian tools, and Salesforce to plan and document work.
