Resort Facilities Technician, Fairway Forest Resort

What you'll do

• Respond to guest repair requests and communicate with guests about maintenance issues
• perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical-room equipment
• inspect equipment
• maintain maintenance inventory and requisition supplies
• communicate daily activities and issues to other shifts
• read and log meter and gauge readings
• assist with preventive maintenance records
• perform basic repairs involving building systems, plumbing, electrical components, equipment, painting, drywall, trim, and landscaping
• follow safety procedures and complete required training.
