Grinding Technician, Second Shift (3 PM–1:30 AM, Monday–Thursday)

What you'll do

• Set up, align, and operate Blanchard and rotary surface grinders
• interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• select grinding wheels, dressing tools, and machine parameters
• dress and balance wheels and perform routine machine maintenance
• inspect parts using precision measuring tools
• adjust machines and troubleshoot dimensional or surface-quality issues
• document operations and inspection results
• follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• support continuous improvement
• handle, clean, stage, inspect, and package parts as needed.
