What you'll do

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs
• recommend additional items as appropriate
• support store sales initiatives and the shopping environment
• clean, organize, and merchandise store areas
• stock and restock shelves and fixtures
• transfer products from the stockroom to the sales floor
• help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage-reduction goals
• address guest questions and escalate issues to a keyholder
• support inventory control and loss prevention
• follow company policies and procedures. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
