What you'll do

• Lead operations across assigned commercial and retail properties
• develop Operations Managers and Assistant Operations Managers
• establish and enforce operating standards
• manage labor and operating expense performance and explain variances
• conduct property inspections and ensure deficiencies are corrected
• manage senior client relationships, service reviews, and escalated concerns
• lead staffing and scope changes, property transitions, equipment deployment, and operational training
• identify and implement operational improvements
• ensure compliance with company standards and applicable OSHA, state, and federal requirements
• partner with the Chief Operations Officer on staffing models, bid inputs, scope reviews, and operational priorities. Requires flexibility across shifts, occasional overnight operations, regular travel between properties, and scheduled travel to Maui and Hawaii Island.

Why this role
