What you'll do

• Lead customer escalations and develop resolution protocols
• build processes to track NPS, CSAT, and retention
• improve counselor and student workflows using CRM and automation tools
• plan new product and vertical launches
• develop upsell and cross-sell strategies
• create student feedback loops and counselor training
• support and develop the student-success team.
