Waterjet Operator — CNC

The CNC Waterjet Operator role is onsite in Fairfield, OH. Pay is $25–$38 per hour. The operator supports custom manufacturing work for customers in the chemical, semiconductor, and defense industries.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate a five-axis abrasive waterjet system
• prepare cut files using FlowXpert Infinity and FlowPath
• review job travelers, drawings, and specifications
• select and verify cutting parameters
• nest parts
• monitor cutting and make approved adjustments
• inspect finished parts
• complete production and maintenance documentation
• perform routine checks and preventive maintenance
• coordinate with engineering, quality, production, and maintenance
• follow safety and material-handling procedures.
