Forklift Operator, Production and Material Handling

The Forklift Operator role is onsite in South Bend, IN, on a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. The role supports production and material handling at the dsm-firmenich client site. The position helps maintain production flow and a clean, safe work environment by supporting packaging-line tasks, moving materials, and following quality, sanitation, and safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Support packaging-line product handling, labeling, weighing, sealing, and palletizing
• assist with changeovers, material staging, and line cleanup
• perform sanitation tasks
• follow SOPs and safety schedules
• monitor product quality and report issues
• document production and sanitation activities
• operate powered industrial vehicles to move materials as needed.
