What you'll do

• Assist residents in learning independent living skills and managing symptoms through support and education
• administer medication under Residential RN supervision and in accordance with DHS 83
• document daily behavior and routines
• report changes in condition, behavior, or functioning
• complete shift duties and maintain a clean home
• support hygiene, day-program readiness, transportation coordination, meal planning and preparation, emergency drills, and required training.
