What you'll do
- Select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers using assessment and care plan information
- maintain caregiver schedules and resolve conflicts, emergencies, and call-outs
- complete schedules three days before shifts
- communicate schedule changes to clients and families
- record changes in company software
- accept on-call duty averaging two weeks per month and as directed
- communicate hiring needs
- assist with caregiver file updates
- audit telephony logs
- coordinate shift back-fill
- serve as a family contact for schedules
- maintain rapport and help resolve complaints, incidents, and injuries with a supervisor.
