What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one support with activities of daily living, personal care, communication, transportation, community involvement, and inclusive social and recreational activities
• support the individual in finding community activities
• work Monday–Friday for flexible four-hour daytime shifts and every other weekend from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
