Senior Facilities Director

What you'll do

• Manage new-build, renovation, and buildout projects
• coordinate general contractors, architects, and design consultants
• track budgets and value engineering
• review RFIs, ASIs, field directives, and change orders
• monitor construction schedules and progress
• participate in punchlists and turnover
• prepare leadership updates
• ensure code, permit, and quality compliance.
