What you'll do

• Scope equipment needs for new projects using floor plans
• quote, order, track, and install equipment
• verify installation elevations and edit drawings
• set up, maintain, and troubleshoot conferencing
• support presentations and video conferences
• answer helpdesk calls and troubleshoot remotely and in person
• document procedures
• scope and execute proof of concepts
• coordinate cable TV provider installations
• consult with and educate end users
• test completed systems against engineering specifications and operational requirements.
