What you'll do

• Lead and supervise the Engineering team
• participate in hiring, training, development, and performance management
• respond to maintenance requests
• follow procedures and report emergencies or unusual situations
• monitor energy, labor, and inventory expenses against department budget goals
• perform preventive maintenance and minor carpentry, painting, plumbing, and repair work
• conduct property walks and address maintenance issues
• follow up on alarms and safety concerns
• assist with pool and spa health-code requirements
• assist with other operations as needed
• maintain key-control systems
• coordinate fire safety inspections and drills
• chair Safety Committee meetings.
