What you'll do

• Prepare food according to menus and recipes
• assist with meal service and dining-area upkeep
• wash dishes and clean kitchen and dining spaces
• follow sanitation and food-safety practices
• oversee food requisitions, inventory, and rotation when the Culinary Coordinator is absent
• assist and oversee Culinary/Resident Assistants as needed
• report unsafe conditions and respond to alarms or emergencies
• and participate in staff meetings and safety committees.
