Resort Engineer II – Property Maintenance

Job overview

The Resort Engineer II – Property Maintenance role is onsite in Aspen, Colorado, at a 40-acre resort campus. Compensation is $32.50 per hour. The position supports the operation and upkeep of the resort’s guest, meeting, wellness, and food-service buildings and grounds. The engineer performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, learns and supports building systems, responds to guest and operational requests, and completes inspections and work orders. This work helps maintain safe, functional facilities and responsive service across the multi-building property.

What you'll do

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
• support preventive maintenance programs
• troubleshoot building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, irrigation, and lighting
• respond to guest requests
• complete inspections and work orders
• maintain records and tools
• support other departments as needed.
