What you'll do

• Prepare hot and cold menu items at grill, sauté, salad-bar, and service-line stations
• follow menu cycles and standardized recipes for preparation, portioning, and serving
• taste and prepare food to assess quality and palatability
• follow food-handling safety requirements.
