The Certified Home Health Aide role is onsite in Lincoln, MA, serving clients in Concord, Lexington, Bedford, Billerica, Carlisle, Woburn, and Weston. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour, depending on shift and assignment. BrightStar Care provides home health aide and caregiver services with nurse guidance and support. The aide assists clients with daily living, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility, transfers, and transportation as needed. The role follows individualized care plans and includes monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health and well-being.
