What you'll do

• Coordinate installation and service schedules
• support five installation crews and two service technicians
• communicate daily with customers and field teams
• process job paperwork and maintain records
• track performance metrics, labor percentages, and production results
• help resolve issues
• order parts and assist with warranty requests
• maintain accurate CRM records.
