What you'll do

• Own cross-functional reports end to end
• consolidate fragmented reporting into a shared view across clinical product, member experience, and AI and healthcare work
• identify and communicate cross-surface insights
• partner on scalable data architecture using primarily SQL and Python
• define success metrics with Product, Engineering, and Operations
• establish shared standards and best practices
• mentor analysts.
